Although growth slowed in the last quarter, annual house price inflation in the UK is running at just under 10% (9.25%)

Forecasts for next years house prices are mixed. Some consider the shortage of supply means that house prices will continue to rise. However, others argue the increasing unaffordability means that house prices could soon fall.
